The Saltist HC is based upon the original and legendary Saltist LW but with higher durability. It features an all new anodized finish to enhance corrosion resistance and the ultra smooth drag pressure from the new UTD – Ultimate Tournament Drag system will help you land the fish of a lifetime.
Sporting an all new lightweight spool for long distance casting the HC series is built tough with a rugged “full metal jacket” construction, virtually all components being metal for maximum reliability while most competitor reels at this price point are full of graphite components. The level wind sports a silicon carbide line guide, stainless steel worm shaft and three support bars to keep the level wind tracking perfectly.
